The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has issued an official notice stating that it has no connection with several online gaming websites.

In an effort to protect consumers and uphold the integrity of Malta’s gaming industry, the announcement specifically names five unauthorized URLs: www.rayvietnam.net, www.rbvn08.com, www.raybet03.com, www.ray097.com, and www.ray40.com.

The MGA clarifies that any references to the Authority or claims of gaming licenses issued by Malta on these websites are false and misleading.

This notice serves as a reminder for consumers to verify the legitimacy of online gaming platforms before using their services. The Authority stresses that licensed entities must adhere to strict legal requirements designed to safeguard consumer interests, while unlicensed operators work outside this regulatory framework, potentially exposing users to risks.

To ensure safety and compliance, the MGA advises consumers to use only services provided by entities verified and authorized by the Authority. A complete list of legitimate MGA-licensed entities is available on the MGA website.

In related developments, the MGA recently launched a new Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) hub for its licensees on its website, offering detailed information on ESG reporting requirements.
