Sportradar Group has expanded its existing deal with UEFA, enhancing their previous exclusive betting data rights arrangement to now include the non-exclusive right to provide data to non-betting media.

Additionally, the partnership grants Sportradar advanced tracking access. The group aims to leverage this new aspect of the ongoing three-year collaboration to enhance its AI offerings for clients.

The cooperation covers all UEFA club and international tournaments, including the Men & Women’s Champions League, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and UEFA Euro 2028.

Carsten Koerl, Sportradar CEO, said, “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with UEFA, offering our clients and soccer fans worldwide unparalleled engagement and value through cutting-edge solutions and comprehensive data coverage. This agreement supports our strategic focus on selectively investing in long-term rights across key global sports, enabling ongoing innovation and enhancement of our offerings.”

Sportradar also announced it will present technological solutions for effective gambling regulation at the 2025 Regulating the Game conference in Sydney.

On UEFA’s side, the new arrangements further extend the existing 15-year integrity partnership, now including investigation and intelligence resources for match-fixing prevention services.

Guy-Laurent Epstein, UEFA Marketing Director, said, “Three years ago we embarked on a journey with Sportradar to tap into the value of match data for betting purposes. Sportradar brings a wealth of experience in this field, and we are delighted to continue this successful partnership for the next three years.”
